False negative feedback

Hi support.

A buyer, also new member named b7zezh wrote negative feedback on my account, and posted a reply with false claims on my account thread.
I never had an interaction with user before; there was no sale. Please help settle this issue, thanks.

I’d like to see those photoshopped screenshots, since there’s no merit to anything you’ve said. I am certain that I never scammed you in any way, shape, or form. I don’t believe I’ve even interacted with you in pms. You’re only wasting your time trying to ruin the integrity of my account for sale. From what I can tell from your post on my account thread, you must have me mistaken with another user...

So that person on discord is not me. Either someone conned him into thinking that was my account, or the user claiming I scammed him is creating a phony story. I haven’t interacted with any users outside of epicnpc such as using discord.
Clearly something is being fabricated here, but I would like my negative feedback to be erased ASAP. Thank you.
I feel for this user who was scammed, but I have nothing to do with it whatsoever.

Also I paid and submitted my drivers license to verify my identity on epicnpc.
From what I’m seeing, this claimant didn’t seem to do everything necessary to protect themselves from fraud.

no i didnt check but the way he talk indecates it was the account owner
