utesku is a scam artist.
He will convince you to buy more while under delivering.
I admit that I am also naive for believing his lies.
Anyway, as mentioned in my feedback, the service was unavailable more than half the time.
Given his track record and providing me the service at least half the time, I decided to hold off making a scam report for now, I guess he leaves me no choice.
Here's the timeline:
I first contacted @
utesku on September 6th and bought the 25 live viewers service from him for the first time. Our agreement was for a week.
On the first day, I got viewers as normal.
On the second day, I got 1.5 viewers. He then told me that I have to tell him every time I stream in order to start the service (AFTER buying the service)
That I understand. Some sellers have limitations because they didnt automate their work.
On the third day, I got zero viewers despite informing him well in advance that I will be streaming
So apparently I have to tell him and PRAY he is awake to deliver the service.
So I tried fitting into his limitations, which is
2pm to 6am my time, as shown in the below screenshot.
He then started delivering as long as I fit within the schedule, but he didn't refund me for a 3 days of non-delivery.
Anyway, after that I bought a month from him.
He promised 15-25, but usually only deliver 2-4 or less.

So then he told me that if I told him earlier, he will instantly increase it (he never made good on this promise, by the way)
On feedback he mentions viewers dropping lower, yes when they did I boosted them back again, but there has been such a thing as a "promise" as he says on feedback. I haven't promised anything,
In fact, he lied that he never said such a thing, just look at his first post in this thread

Now he started going missing after I paid for a month upfront.
He went missing for TWO days out of the 30 I had ordered. Man, recalling this makes my blood boil at the gall of this scam artist.
I then asked for a refund or extension. I am a big man, I will accept if he just gave extensions instead of refund for days not delivered.
To which he replied: "
There are no refunds for such things. You can ask for refund only when you have made the payment, but i haven't started the service"
So basically, after buying the service from scam artist @utesku , if he doesn't deliver for any amount of days, you will not get a refund or extension. The service is considered SOLD at the start and he is saying that he doesn't need to deliver anything.
Excuse me? Yeah, you read that right.
Apparently his apology ALONE is worth the undelivered service.
Basically he is saying "I already said sorry for not delivering, but you ain't getting a refund or extension bro. My 'sorry' alone is worth $50".
And then came the last straw a few days ago, when he didn't deliver AGAIN. I said it was the 5th time but I didn't actually count. From the number of screenshots alone, I'd wager that it is more than 10 times actually.
Also he says on feedback, i have ghosted him 3 days, reality is I have responded him everyday.
10/24: No reply

10/26: No reply
10/27: No reply (half day)
This guy is a professional liar, guys.
And then he claimed that he delivered, despite not replying for days. I actually had ordered a third party service at this point because I had enough of his lies.
I can attach payment proof from third party site for admin if they need to see.
But let's just take data from my latest stream order, and analyze the time stamps.

Note that it is still 0-1 viewers and kept that way for the next hour, where I gave up and ordered a third party service.

You can see that he didn't deliver anything during the time he didn't reply. And as my viewer count was stagnant for over an hour, I decided to quickly order a service that can deliver them immediately.
Hence you see the spike.
But scam artist
@utesku claimed that these are his.
Despite not even replying for days. It was only after I posted the negative feedback that he finally responded.

Also on feedback he says i didn't say "Sorry", yes I admit there was one time when i didn't delivered and i apologized for that and from that time i have sent him the viewers everyday.
He says ONE time. Lol. You guys just read above and judge for yourselves.
Now you tell me, who is the scammer here? Why must the burden of proof lie on me, when the scammer is

Should I make a separate thread for a scam report? I have asked for refund/extension many times in the past but never gotten it.
And right now I only want refund. This guy is a pain in the ass to deal with and I don't want to do business with him ever again.
