Customer understands that buying platinum(or other virtual currencies) is against TOS in most cases and can lead to ban or removal of the currency(even though we do our best for this not to happen, but still)
I didn't scam him in any way and he confirms he received the platinum he paid for and only ONE MONTH later the plat got removed. I am not even sure this is my plat that got taken back because it would've happened much faster and the customer probably bought from someone else during this month.

I'm sorry, we can't do anything with that. It's not a scam, you don't have to refund anything, but he's allowed to give negative feedback if the plat was removed a month later.

You'll have to show he's lying. Otherwise you can try to resolve it with him and we can change it to neutral instead.

I had no proof that plat got removed so for now i claim he is lying till he proves otherwise. Please contact him and requested proof or better yet he should probably contact me in skype or discord so i can look into this(he never did)
update - we figured it out, will ask him to post here to confirm it
