false negative feedback when there was no transaction

i offered to lower the price of the account, and buyer tried lowering it by more than 50%. after a back and forth with me telling him that this is the lowest i could go the buyer kept on insisting that i should lower the price. the buyer was able to agree to the price eventually and when it came time to the transaction they backed out. I called them out on wasting my time and they got upset and gave me negative feedback on here.

tldr wastes time and they get upset when i call them out. there was no transaction made so there is no reason for feedback to be provided.

The buyer would later on add me on discord again and also harass me on epicnpc. People like this are the reason why we have so many issues on buying and selling sites. If you tell them you don’t want to buy they just have to insult you to feel good about themselves.
