False negative feedback out of spite, second time.

The same person left negative feedback again. It was a legitimate concern. First, he blocked me because I told him he was in the wrong. Got the first negative feedback removed, and he left another one in spite. Help.

No...

There was no account or any transaction. He made a mistake at first. Someone tried to scam him using my profile. He left a negative feedback without checking who’s profile it was. Got the first feedback disputed. Then, the guy called me a loser because I tried to talk some sense into him. He said that who cares about feedback anyways. Apparently, he doesn't care or have any integrity or regard to anyone else’s.
