False Negative Feedback, No Transaction Completed

As shown in our conversations, I apologized for my delayed response and explained that we had been handling a high volume of messages. We later continued negotiating another account, but the deal did not proceed because we could not agree on the price

There was no completed transaction, payment, scam, abuse, or dishonest behavior on my part. The negative feedback appears to be based only on the delayed reply.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could review this case and consider removing the feedback.
