And he suddenly give me negative feedback review, for reason his account got banned after do transaction with me which is we are never do any transaction

Well, that's not true. Here you go. He used a method to transfer that raises red flags.
Rather than trading me through trade window, where I could do an actual trade with him, he had me join a guild, pull from bank, then removed me from guild.

Feel like at this point the seller is being dishonest. I paid him $60. He ised a mthid of trade that sends red flags to to devs when you place gold in a guild ban, then invite me to guild to pull money from bank then kick me from guild after pulliing gold.
My accoumt was banned because we used guild bank and kick.

If he woild have actually traded with me in trade window, I would still have my account because it would be an actual trade.

Now my account is banned

And now he isnt being truthful about an actual transaction taking place?
