Once we were in the TG Chat, I checked the account and it was actually already linked and verified. I canceled the trade because of this and then he left negative feedback when no trade even happened.
His feedback:

awful not recommend do not use him again'
He admits the account he advertised as 'unverified' was actually linked and verified
