Sold a Valorant account to this user last month
We only remove feedback if there was no sale, however you already confirmed there was. It was removed previously by mistake.

Since Trade Guardian was used, we do not investigate the actual dispute, but feedback is allowed so it was added back today. I recommend working with your customer to resolve the issue. It can then be updated to neutral.

@EpicNPC

Two recent instances where no TG was used, transaction was confirmed to have taken place and yet the feedbacks were removed because the other party was unresponsive.

Conclusion:
Buyer have agreed to return the product and refunded his order.

Conclusion:
The genshin impact account i sold has been refunded and I changed all passwords, everyone got their stuff back.

In both scenarios, the seller honored their commitments to the buyer and resolved the issue. If you have any chat logs within our website that confirm you resolved your dispute with the user who left you the feedback, feel free to share them. I agree that, in both cases, the buyers did not explicitly confirm whether the seller delivered or refunded the product. However, it appears that both parties were able to find a common ground and reach a solution.

If feedback is reported and TG is not used, we will ask for proof of sale. If no evidence is provided, we will assume no sale took place and the feedback can be removed.

This does not apply to your case. You both already confirmed there was a sale, so the feedback cannot be removed. I'm sorry.

Apologies if I seem desperate here. I would just really want more clarity on this situation since it involves my reputation over a large deal and I am aware if this is a bother to you guys.

Yet what about this dispute?

What factor here decided Ascendance_'s old feedback to be updated to negative and not sexes'? If it is counted as revenge feedback for sexes then the first one to leave a negative feedback is the only one who can do it in a situation like this? What if the situations were reversed and this happened to someone with high reputation? [I am not taking anyone's side in that dispute, I trust Ascendance_'s word way more then sexes']

First of all, it makes it seem like the those disputes were ultimately investigated to obtain this insight on the respective situations, yet not mine.
My buyer linked to an offsite dispute saying that is the main thread and where the outcome will be decided, and then he lost it, my feedback was removed on both platforms - common ground was already decided since if I lost that dispute, I would've had to end up refunding him. Yet @AZURAKAGAMI felt the need to take time out of his day and correct it after weeks have passed only in my case? On what basis - the customer is always right or do you just like to see sellers giving out free refunds?

Is @AZURAKAGAMI blatantly targeting me because even the warning he gave me last month didn't make any sense, and when I tried to be complacent to resolve the situation, he didn't bother replying to me. (perhaps because you knew how senseless it sounded and I am willing to elaborate on this but choosing not to)

I'm humbly asking the staff for a review on this since this involves an account worth $1200. I have sold accounts worth a lot more in the past before the feedback rule was implemented, what stops those buyers to come back and leave a negative feedback accusing me of scamming? Since there is no Trade Guardian used, it won't be investigated and the feedback stays on my profile? If that happens then it should mean that the above disputes I linked were indeed investigated even though Trade Guardian wasn't used when the transaction was confirmed by the accused himself and yet it's different for my case?

This situation is infuriating to me and probably the only time I've been frustrated after treating EpicNPC as the role model of marketplaces for as long as I've been using it.

Nothing about EpicNPC so far was annoying to me - whether it was when I was targeted by specific mods in specific forums due to competition, or when I had to refund $500 to people who were scammed by the person that was received PayPal payments for me or even when a $2500 account was recovered from me a month after securing it even though I explicitly followed how the Trade Guardian guided me to secure it. I simply sucked it up and moved on.

Now it seems that the only made-up solution for this dispute is if I refund the buyer a whole $1200 and then my feedback is eligible to be investigated regardless of what the case is.

Lastly, I truly apologise to any admins and staff members reading this, including @AZURAKAGAMI, I appreciate what you've done for this forum. My intention is not to harm anyone's business, question their position or their reputation but to simply get more clarity so I can at least take a lesson out of this situation.

I'm sorry, I'm not going to re-review every previous feedback thread to explain why a decision was made.

This is the rule that is being followed:
If feedback is reported and TG is not used, we will ask for proof of sale. If no evidence is provided, we will assume no sale took place and the feedback can be removed.

Since TG was not used, we do not investigate. I'm sorry, please work with your customer to resolve the issue, we can then update the feedback
