To whom it may concern,

I've received, in my opinion, a wrongful negative review on my services and methods. My reputation far exceeds the singular negative review I've been given here. All services I provide are marketed as purchasing my time spent, not the method utilized. This is made clear to all customers and is very clearly written on both my discord and my sales thread.

To the first point, the OGE is not necessarily required, but is a significant help in the process. I will concede that this is a rather valid point and could be leveraged as a 3 or 4 star review in my opinion.

To the second point, this is blatantly slander. The is no concrete proof or valid claims against this arbitrarily stated "low chance". The buyer clearly admits to have not tested this themselves and invalidates it via the text written themselves.

To the third and final point, this is a legitimate method and the user clearly doesn't want to put in the time. It seems the user was under the presumption that it was some kind of instant gratification method, which it is not. The user also attempts to leak part of the method as well in their review which further invalidates his review and honestly leaves me uncomfortable with it being publicized.

If you feel none of these points are valid, please offer me some steps to help remedy the situation. I'll gladly make some edits to my thread to help clarify things if necessary in a timely manner.

My review was as follows:

Not Guaranteed and Limited to a Certain Platform per Method - False advertising
Service can be availed at your own risk since its not GUARANTEED to work. Just a reminder to all of you thinking of buying the method. This is my review upon purchase of 3 methods.
1. Recover OGE Method - You still need to know the Original Email of the account you bought, provided they even send you the real one. You also still need lots and lots of info from the seller which often resellers doesn't know or provide.
2. Unban Method - Can't say much about this as I haven't tested it yet but reading the other feedback above. Its still relies on low chance.
3. Guaranteed Predator Arena - Is it guaranteed to work for 6 que? Maybe. But for solo and duo que. I doubt its guaranteed. Its more like chances. Also this works for consoles as you need to disable crossplay.
Overall I'd not recommend buying the method since it hinges on probability. But hey, its just me so buy at your own risk.

To give you better understanding of the history of this purchase. I ask specific questions about the product before the actual purchase was made. After payment, i realized that product description posted was not as advertised, hence i made an accurate feedback based only on the product i bought nothing more, nothing less. I will point out later on what was reflected on his advertisement and what exactly was delivered.

First and Foremost. False Feedback? My review was reported and I defended and gave proof for my review and it was deemed true thus my feedback was verified. If I gave wrong feedback, don't you think Moderators won't put verified feedback on your thread? Now on to your points.

- As i've said. My review was accurate. It was reviewed by mods and I was able to defend it [Picture 1]. Feedback system was designed to give realistic description of the product. Just because you have good reviews, doesn't mean people can't make a negative review. Time spent? Isn't it very clear in your post that you can either buy the METHOD itself or the SERVICE? What a blatant lie [Picture 2].

- "Your account got pulled after a trade or similar events? Fear not! You will be able to recover your account without OGE (PC Only)" Bro, its very clear on the method you send that you still need to know the OGE of account and other details. Its very clear that your product description was way misleading. It was even depicted in our discord chat right when I questioned you about it [Picture 3] that 'most of the time you still need OGE and only sometimes username and other details so why put even w/o OGE in the product description? And it is my review. i wouldn't even give it 1 star if possible and you want 3 or 4 star when its even way off?

- I am making a feedback on the products i bought even if i haven't tested it. As ive stated on my review "based on other feedback" its low chance. Low chance is even a positive review given these reviews from other people who availed of the service itself. [Pictures 4 - 6]

- Legitimate? Haven't you heard of the recent banwave [Picture 7] on accounts abusing this method? Huge chunk of what I paid was the arena but it turns out it is an exploit that is not guaranteed. Doesn't want to put in the time? Please don't make any assumptions. I specifically asked if it will work on SOLO without help from other people you said yes [Picture 8]. I asked if it will work in PC, you again said yes. I asked if it was GUARANTEED, also YES. My review was as accurate as it can get. It may work on 6 people but for solo and duo que, it works on chances [Picture 9], it was even reflected in the method you sent me. And it only for console since you have to disable crossplay for it to work which is only on console. So where's the false feedback on that? Your product description says GUARANTEED ARENA PRED when clearly not. Attempts to leak part of the method? Like where? Give proof if you want a dispute. I merely said that I can prove this to the moderators and would give the method to the moderators if I have to prove my review.

- Given my rebuttals on your points above, I doubt what you are saying are true. I am really really glad you opened a dispute so I can expose your false advertisement more. However, in the spirit of fairness, I would gladly remove my feedback once he reimburses me and adjust the product description.

To your first point, we have updated the thread to accurately reflect the guidelines for the forum. Thank you for making us aware of this mistake and the new post is currently pending approval. It is a slight miscommunication to what I stated in the initial post, it should very clearly reflect that the method is simply the method and the service is us spending our time performing the method for you.

To your second point raised about the OGE not being required, it very clearly states in our message that it says that it's possible but not necessarily without the OGE. We can clarify on the method documentation if this isn't accurately reflected.

To the third point about the unban service, cherry-picking 3 negative reviews out of the 40 odd on our EPICNPC vouches is a rather unfair implication, especially when we have hundreds of positive vouches across our discord and other marketplace sites that back up this is a reliable method. I'd like to point out that the 3rd image is a clear miscommunication and misunderstanding of the timeline we provide and was resolved via discord DMs, the second isn't even a review, and the first isn't even a valid vouch as there was no feedback actually left. You paid for the method, you got the method.

To the fourth point about the ban wave, we have altered the verbiage of the forum post as stated in point one. We have not had any claims of bans from our method and the method does in fact allow you to get predator. I have personally gotten to predator solo multiple seasons now from this method. It does work for all platforms and party amounts, the crossplay disable simply helps with the method, it is not a necessity.

It seems like you purchased the methods and haven't even attempted to utilize them which makes me think that there is malicious intent here, not any legitimacy. I can not offer you a refund on the methods now that the product has been delivered, but I have gone ahead and cleaned up the forum post verbiage as previously stated.

First, Slight Miscommunication is simply being lost in translation and was not intentional only a portion of the advertisement. I doubt it is a miscommunication, only a kid would believe it when majority of the product description on the post was not reflected or described properly.

Second, "it very clearly states in our message that it says that it's possible but not necessarily without the OGE." where in God's name it is CLEAR on the phrase "Your will be able to recover your account without OGE" is that? Was it explicitly mentioned? Its like selling drugs but not mentioning the side effects.

Third, it is my review and you can't dictate how many stars I want to put on a product just like how i can't dictate who you think good or evil, WE ARE ENTITLED TO OUR PERSONAL OPINION. Period. Aaaaaaaand explain that stuff to those customers. As i've said on my disclaimer "based on the other feedbacks"

Next, "We have not had any claims of bans from our method" Respawn already posted that they have banned people for exploiting Arena and 6-manning, how unlogical it is to say no claims of bans when the developer already mentioned that they allow that method and banned people on it. Its like saying hey our cheats is not illegal coz you know, we are not banned or like hey killing is not illegal coz i wasn't jailed for it.

Lastly, "haven't even attempted to utilize them which makes me think that there is malicious intent here, not any legitimacy." Were you beside me 24/7 in real life for you to know and be confident to say that I DID NOT USE IT? FYI, testing it was the first thing I did after buying the method which resulted in giving my review. Again, if you cast something on anyone please do provide proof like i've been doing in this disputes and on my reviews. Previous picture clearly shows "..turn of CROSSPLAY" which is only possible in PS and Xbox indicating its not for PC and "There's always a chance you will be put in 3v2 and get a free win" it's already stated there CHANCE, not GUARANTEED.
