False feedback

Hello, as my negative feedback says " user refunded me twice ". He sent 2 payments that where not correctly sent ( price difference ) and I refunded him both times and we didn't get the deal finished and he left negative feedback. I recently started getting back to this site so I'd like that feedback removed since the deal was not finished at all. It was a long time ago so I don't have any screenshots but you can see the feedback for yourself and see it makes 0 sense

Hello there ,
Sorry for my late response. This user provided incorrect reason for his refund. In fact i still have the screenshots . I do not wish to remove the negative feedback as this seller accepted the negative feedback and was completely refusing middleman service provided by the site and sent me a link for his services in other sites.

What are you even talking about? Where did I say I do not want to deal via middleman? I have provided you with all instructions to pay via friends and family and you sent the money via goods and service not only once but two times..... I have linked you with external websites of my feedback which you clearly where fine with since you sent the money first but unfortunately you sent the payment 2 times wrong and you where refunded 2 times and the deal was not completed. After that you started calling me names even tho I was helpful trough the whole convo and explained you to pay via friends and family but you where sending it as goods and service for whatever reason. I request a deletion of the negative feedback from this ego person that can't follow simple instructions provided for a DEAL that was NEVER completed. Have a wonderful day.

Feedback removed as no sale occurred. The refunds were due to ga00mo not being able to send via f&f.
