The buyer purchased the Genshin Impact starter account from me and I have already provided the account to the buyer.

I have taken the time to do some extra research online for the buyer and told him that he can either 1. Top-up on the miHoYo official site 2. Use a mobile device to purchase the battle-pass

Ultimately, Top-up is not a service that I offer, if there is any top-up-related issue buyer should contact the game developer directly.

The buyer has also opened the case on PayPal just because he did know how to buy a single game item.
