First of all, it should be clear that this person only made an epicnpc account just to leave a negative review that is full of blasphemy. Now let's get down to what really happened, Greedo bought my unban service but since I was very busy the unban got delayed for 2 days. Once I was going to start with the unban Greedo had already removed the account details from the chat without saying anything, I asked him why and he said that he had already followed the method and didn’t need the service anymore which led him to ask for a refund.
We have quite a large server where we receive a lot of messages, especially within tickets. Due to this and the fact that we have different people handling different tickets it can be hard to see the messages unless we’re pinged. Greedo NEVER pinged me, despite my discord status being “"Bump DMS/ Tickets" which clearly indicates that I am not always available and things are easy to be forgotten about.
He later pm’ed the co-owner of the server, Spook about the matter (he never pm:ed me tho) but like I mentioned earlier, we get a lot of messages so we mostly stick to our own departments and let the one managing the department handle the matter so he didn’t respond. After this Greedo left the server.
Sometime later, he went to Jordans (https://www.epicnpc.com/members/toptieraccounts.1251434/) discord server and wrote a very biased scam report about me, telling the people in the server to not deal with me and called our whole server a scam. Jordan banned me 10 minutes later and never gave me a chance to provide my side of the story.
Thus began Jordans hate for me to really thrive I assume, his entire discord server slowly became an anti-apex lounge, and a lot of people began making false accusations and slander with no proof to back them up.
This only came to my attention months after it occurred and by then, the damage Greedo and Jordan had caused us far exceeded the money Greedo wanted to be refunded. Recognition, brand name, and reputation were damaged, how can you value such damage? Potentially this could've lost us many customers without me knowing it ever happened. This is an irreversible damage, it will only be partially healed if Greedo & Jordan faces punishment befitting for their actions. As a saying goes "you can fix a broken glass but it will always be shattered".
However, I promise that IF Greedo had pm’ed me or pinged me in the ticket instead of leaving and causing a ruckus I would've refunded the money as soon as I saw the message. Let me just reiterate, he never bumped, pinged, or even MESSAGED ME about a refund
I admit I could've handled the matter better, but I strongly believe that I did not deserve to get my name and our reputation slandered from this incident. I am to a certain degree at fault for not providing a response in a reasonable time (Under 2 days). However, Greedo did not even remind me or tell me directly to refund him, instead, he chose to go public about the issue on a different server WEEKS after the initial refund request, which is beyond me. (Weirdly enough, Greedo has a very high role in Jordans server so there seems to be a connection between them, which I’ll talk about)

Greedo left the review after we got Jordan banned from epicnpc. I assume Jordan has a finger in the play since he has something against me. Not only did he impersonate me on discord to scam people, but he also encouraged other people to leave negative on my epicnpc profile, which has now happened. This can be testified by @Adoxia and the reason behind Jordans ban, I believe https://www.epicnpc.com/members/toptieraccounts.1251434/ should be extended to a permanent ban since he's trying to harm other users from my server and making his server raid us. Such a user should not be allowed on-site again, there's no telling if he's going to do the same actions again, if he already has done this much damage.
This leads me to believe that the review is not even about the unban itself, rather just another pitiful attempt of Jordan in trying to harm our reputation.
I do not think I deserve the negative review and would highly appreciate it if it was removed. Please extend Jordan's ban to a permanent for my reasonings above. Admins can DM me for further proof.
Also wanted to mention that, we don't issue refunds as per our terms of service which he agreed to, secondly, you're paying for my precious time my time.
