I am the seller in this situation and the buyer tried to abuse the service I provide by saying I sold him a shadow banned account and began to threat me by saying if I don't provide a replacement then He will report me and have me flagged!

I have proof of this account being perfectly fine when He received it because when a Call of duty activison account is shadow banned, usually you cant link or unlink anything to it. Well he perfectly unlinked the PSN account that was currently there and was able to log into the game!
He began saying all guns werent maxed when I clearly said COLD WAR GUNS, and never said anything about battlepass or DLC weapons you will see it on the post I made!
I had then agreed to provide a replacement due to the 15$ extra he had paid I offered a service where if something happens to the account then I can replace it or sometimes even provide a full refund. in order for this to occur I will need the account back so I can investigate what went wrong and then verify if it was the account i gave and not someone else because people have tried in the pass to give me a different account than the one I provided. when I asked for the login, he then said I changed the info by doing a recovery. but recovery's take more than 2days infact, usually recoveries take about 5 days. not just that, he currently has his PSN ACCOUNT LINKED, how do I know that? well because He told me! therefor you can login using your PSN account I can provide Pictures of the conversations if needed I just don't know If i am allowed to do that.
