Banned - Too many scam accusations

Please help I have a false review clearly stating im a scammer shen I have chat messages of me SAYING lets use trade gaurdian and him declining also he clrealy states in the review that I didn't sca. That HE took the account back after I paid

I've already explained to him on discord why I took the account back and refunded his money, I don't see what I have done. If he never left a review on my profile, I wouldn't have said anything. After I gave him the account I checked his profile to see that someone said he scammed them out of $75, so I got scared that he would do the same, so I took the account back as soon as I could before he could change the details, but I gave him his money back, so I don't understand what I've done wrong in this situation.

Sellers are not allow to just reclaim an account and issue a refund. We call this a "forced tradeback" and it results in a negative feedback. Revenge feedback is not allowed. Its been removed.

So you're telling me to have this person take my account, call paypal and have my money also taken from me?
I didn't take anything from this person so I don't see why they had to write a bad review on my account, I explained everything to them via discord. So how is it fair that you remove their negative feeback but not mine?

If you saw the negative feedback and wanted to undo the sale, you should have contacted DpsGod, explained to him you didn't feel comfortable anymore and request to undo the sale. You can't just recall an account and issue a refund. The account is no longer yours to recall.

Ita funny that he says "take his money back" when i sent through friends and family and he confirmed he had the money And as I said before if my "feed back" was a issue then why did he make another discord and try selling to me again?
