He successfully got the account and transaction was fully a success. he said he accidentally rated me negative because of fear, but he changed the feedback to positive which takes 24 hours to change.
But I dont see positive review. Please help. Here is proof conversation that he successfully got account.

@EpicNPC CM help, he did respond and made a positive review, but the negative one is still there. Kindly remove the negative review for us because he doesnt know how to do that..

It's been removed and change to neutral. The comment was updated.

We do not remove feedback unless it's 100% false. If there was a problem that was resolved, it's changed to neutral, which I did and removed the duplicate feedback.
