Epic Seven Account transfer
I'm not familiar enough with Epic7, but why was a FB account required for the transfer? most mobile games can be transferred via transfer code, email or some sort of account login.
MM created the FB account, seller then linked the Epic7 account to it, then the MM updated the info to secure the FB account. In that process the account was locked, so ID was needed. After ID was submitted the FB was disabled.
The FB account was created in the buyer's or seller's name? The seller is the one that gave you the ID, but the FB name needs to match. Perhaps the seller has their own FB account and the new account was disabled as a duplicate.
As for the feedback.
If a MM claims the transaction, they're not fully added until the seller approves. If appears in this case the MM claimed the transaction, but the seller wasn't online. The MM then left and when the seller came back online a few hours later, they then approved the MM. However the MM didn't reply because they were no longer online.
This is not the MM's fault, so we can edit that out.
The slow replies are the same, they require info and steps by the seller, so this can't be blamed on the MM alone.
However I agree that when the MM did post, there wasn't a lot of information about what was happening or the next step. That can be left. Also the fact the account was disable, that can also remain since that's accurate.
I updated the feedback to reflect what happened more accurately.
@AnimusPanda we can refund you the MM fee and if you'd like to reply to this you can.
