I replied to BKim's support ticket yesterday, but I'll repost that info here.
Below is a summary of the original transaction.
Oct 1, 7:17am - transaction started
Oct 1, 4:15pm - MM added
Oct 2, 12:08am - MM posts to say he's ready
Oct 2, 12:52pm - fee paid
Oct 2, 3:53pm - seller messages MM about account transfer
Oct 3, 3:50am - MM replies
Oct 3, 7:18am - transaction cancelled
You can see the MM replied, but the fee wasn't paid yet, so he couldn't start. The fee was paid 45 mins after the MM posted, then 3 hours later the seller sends a message to the MM saying he's ready to transfer the account. The MM then did not reply for about 12 hrs after that, not 22 hrs.
For this transaction the buyer, seller and MM are all from different timezones, so it can be difficult for everyone to get online at the same time.
The fee was not paid for about 36 hrs after the transaction was created, so when the MM was added he couldn't start. This fee should be paid once the transaction is created to prevent any delays.
The MM did take some time to reply (12hrs) after the seller posted saying he's ready, however this is a timezone issue. MM are not available 24/7 and he might have left while he was waiting for the fee to be paid.
I do not believe the feedback is fair, so I have removed it. There was a delay with the fee being paid and also a delay with the MM replying.
I'll leave this open for 24 hrs then will close it as resolved.
