This annoying seller, bought an account honkai star rail from me. Before we proceed i already double confirm and mention many time this is
- fresh starter
- birthday unset = not confirm
- account unlink
- tutorial done only
- story untouched
After he take the account, he blame and said why the account had been top up 120 diamond. And he claim this account is not a FRESH STARTER, IS NOT A PURE because already top up 120 diamond. He said he must need a F2P account. and he claim to refund with this unreasonable reason. And he keep claim that i misleading info selling wrong account, providing scam info because this is not a fresh starter since it got 120 diamond top up inside.
1. Most important, though out all the conversation and process. the seller NEVER mention he NEED and MUST request an account F2P state or NEVER top up before. He only agree based on my info details
- fresh starter - birthday unset = not confirm - account unlink - tutorial done only.
2. Since he only want and request a F2P account, why from early never mention and said? and waited after purchase only simply said refund.
3. FRESH STARTER ACCOUNT = meaning to an account that is fresh start,story untouched, tutorial done only, just fresh reroll. this is the meaning of fresh starter. Please go google what is call fresh starter account. Or go ask admin or other people. Fresh starter not related to the account had been top up before.
4. Even an fresh starter tutorial done only, story untouched and i top up 100$ inside the account it also consider s fresh starter. DUMB.
5. Most important. i already told him many time HSR now is very strict on account ban. Alot account transfer will trigger the flag of ban. This problem happen on many seller and buyer. In order to avoid and unlock the ban account. Before transfer is advise to top up a minimum amount 120 diamond hence the account can change password and link email after transfer. You can check with other HSR seller and google it. THIS IS ALREADY A COMMON ISSUE FOR HSR. I doing this is just helping you to prevent account get locked and BAN.
6. If i dint top up before transfer in order to prevent ban account. How could you able login? change password and link email?
7. Also since the account info and character is all correct. There is a no valid reason for us to refund. And it is obviously a fresh starter. I top up before transfer is just helping to make sure able login and prevent ban. You can go check my website term and condition. I already stated there.
