Can u read? i just said i TRIED to do an account recovery but i had no account info since u changed it all AND i don't know how to, so what are you yapping about?

Feedback cannot be give if there was no exchange. Either the item or payment must have been exchange. Otherwise feedback is not allowed.

What are you talking abt? a exchange did happen u have my account. Here is even proof of u changing the login details, and if no ''exchange'' happened and u didn't have my account how would u know that i tried to restore account?

I'm not saying there wasn't an exchange. In fact now the account's been restored, I don't have access to it, you don't have the money. So in summary is there a deal or not? Apparently not. So what do you want from me? The fact that you tried to restore access, you said so yourself in the dialog..
You send screenshots from 22 Jul when I change details from your account but why you dont send sceenshots from 24 Jul when you restored account..

the fact is i didn't get a email when i tried to restore access since it was YOUR email connected to the account so all i didjust pressed restore account and nothing else, didn't try to do **** with it since i knew that i had no way of restoring the account.
1. your words are not supported by anthing but I do i have email from microsoft that includes u changing the account details and all.
2. A microsoft account can not just be restored like that.

I recommend working out a solution together to resolve the problem, you can then edit the feedback to change it.

I don’t have that accounts sellers don’t have money, so there was no actual deal, why should the feedback remain?

These are the rules around feedback removal: Feedback Removal/Change Rules

Epicnpc only investigates feedback disuptes if Trade Guardian is used. Any of the Trade Guardian services including the free service.
If TG was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed
Feedback based on rudeness or slow service (non-extreme) can only be neutral, not negative.
Feedback can only be removed if it's false. We will only investigate these claims if Trade Guardian is used.
If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
False feedback must been reported within 30 days
After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

As soon as anything is exchanged, feedback is allowed. That is enough information to confirm something was given to you or you gained access to something. I did not read any further. Since Trade Guardian was not used, this feedback dispute is not eligible to be investigated. Sorry.

I can't comment any further because I don't know what the details of this dispute are. Please work with the other party to resolve the issue between yourselves.
