• False feedback must been reported within 30 days
• After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
  • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

@EpicNPC CM @EpicNPC CM I am not sure how to prove the review is false as he has never used nor purchased our product.

Wouldn't his lack of purchase be sufficient proof?

"Was awesome at first but WAO can catch you. I lost 60 farms in less than a week. I did everything I was told. Lost thousands of dollars worth of work. I had over 100 castles. Now just 2 and I'm quitting." According to their feedback something was purchased, so you would have to prove it wasn't or they will have to respond.

@EpicNPC CM There is no trade guardian purchase with this user, nor is there any communication whatsoever that would show any sort of purchase outside of here.

He signed up, posted this false feedback minutes later and then never returned - because he is a competitor, not a user.

There are no transactions as shown below. Everything in this review is false and simply written to deter readers from purchasing our service.
