I want to remove this negative feedback, user Lucci scammed me. and put a negative feedback on me.

He asked me to pay first so i did,

then it takes him 3 days to change email to mine, he says he has to contact jagex. ok

then email doesnt arrive so i open dispute.
1 day later on the account he says has no recovery questions, surprise, account is locked and it takes me to recovery page where theres recovery questions in place.

Please show proof that the buyer received full access to the account, including email change, and was able to fully secure the account.

From his comment you didn't provide an email change and you didn't provide him with recovery questions/answers. If that is true he has a right to dispute payment and leave you a negative.

If there was an agreement that we has to wait 3 days and he didn't wait, please show the chat where you make this 3 day agreement.

I have changed the email, and he said wait 40mins i need to eat all the time he was away and then stay offline, I didn't sell it for free, at all i can't provide any screenshot, because i had to re-install my windows because someone hacked me and deleted my files using RAT program.

I'm sorry, the feedback will remain since you have no proof. The feedback should have been disputed 5 months ago when you first received it. Sorry.
