Banned - Selling Cracked/Stolen Accounts
A guy recently left us a negative rep because we wouldn't give him a refund when the acc we sold him was perfect.
He managed to log on, spend IP and play ranked games and verify the email. 3 days later decides he doesn't want the account and comes to us saying it isn't working, we log on the account send him multiple screenshots of proof that it's working fine.
He then leaves us a negative review and keeps saying it isn't working, we offer to help him in calls / over screenshare but he keeps refusing, saying the account isnt working.
It's pretty clear to us he just wanted a refund because he did poorly in his placement games and it may have also been his original intention as he's located in America buying an EUW account
We tried to resolve the issue with him directly but he now refuses to respond.
He left us a positive review after purchasing the account.
After buying the account he also acted extremely sketchy, deleting messages and spamming things in Japanese
Nobody was given the account details besides him, we double checked to autobuy to be sure. The conversation may look a bit aggressive but we constantly re iterated that if there was any legitimate issue then he would be refunded. It was pretty clear from the get go that he was attempting to scam us because of his sketchy behavior a few days earlier
