yes sir, is there a way that you can find screenshots from previous tickets from freshdesk? i have sent all screenshots there, ticket number 178341

and if you cant get the screenshots from there i cant either, because when the ticket closed, all my screenshots went with it, agent Mike D closed it and asked me to go to active disputes
