I wrote that I was waiting for a response from the Administration regarding the report (so that the person wouldn't suddenly delete the thread if he really turned out to be a scammer). If the fraud hadn't been confirmed, I would have calmly deleted the feedback.
1. But I still "like" the way this person interacts with other users in the comments (in one of his threads, he calls the person who said he doesn't have a deck a hypocrite. Is that how a seller should behave?). He also writes about prices in other threads and tries in vain to lower them, saying, "My account is top-notch, and yours isn't worth it," even though, compared to the current season, his account is practically worthless compared to others. He's trying to sell an account called "OG 12,000+ Stars," which is fine if he has such accounts and can sell them... but why obsess over "OG and stars" in other threads? I think it would be great to talk to this person, because every seller has the right to set their own price, etc.
For a more detailed review of the comments, I'll leave links to the threads (you might be interested in reviewing my statement on this person, although I'm not sure about that):

As I said earlier, the feedback was written at the time of the report so that if someone suspected something, they wouldn't delete the thread and there would be proof of fraud. The administration confirmed there was no fraud, so okay, I'll delete that feedback.
Sorry, dude, for accusing you of scamming me, because I thought you were just reselling accounts you'd already sold, and yes, I realized my mistake. But you still need to be a little more reasonable in your communication and not get so hung up on the stars and the OG.
