we have no completed sale and there was no transaction at all

he was told the payment method and login method numerous times on our messages and which can be seen on my thread/post

no response for over a week and then he messaged me again inquiring about the login and payment methods again even tho he could see this on our messages and my thread/post

i was not comfortable to sell to him due to asking again for method even when mentioned on my thread and our messages

my post does not have middleman but I have sold before and had no issue with sales without middleman

has given me false feedback and would like this to be removed as he was not happy for me to not sell to him

@SmilingSword Please provide proof of transaction.
I contacted him via Telegram; however, I’m unable to provide any screenshots as all messages have since been deleted. During our conversation, he repeatedly insisted that I send the payment through PayPal Friends and Family. This immediately raised concerns, as I had proposed using a verified middleman from EpicNPC and offered to cover all associated fees.

Despite this, he assured me that it was completely safe to proceed with a Friends and Family payment. However, such payments offer no buyer protection, and in the event that something goes wrong, I would have no way to recover my funds—especially if he were to reclaim the account.

I continued to insist on using a middleman for both of our safety, but shortly after, he blocked me on both EpicNPC and Telegram. While he does have a considerable amount of feedback, it appears most of it is from purchasing accounts rather than selling them.
I believe using a trusted middleman should always be encouraged, especially with transactions involving PUBG Mobile accounts, where there are numerous methods to recover accounts even after a sale.

I only trust EpicNPC’s official middlemen to securely change and lock all recovery settings and account details. In the event of a dispute, I would also be able to provide proof of the transaction and raise the issue through proper channels.

I’ve reached out to other moderators regarding this issue, but I was informed that there is currently no rule requiring the use of a middleman. While I respect that policy, it does raise concerns, as it leaves room for potential abuse in transactions—especially when Friends and Family as payments (PayPal) are involved.

I sincerely apologize if this is considered false feedback by the system or under EpicNPC’s rules or policies. However, I believe there should be an adjustment to these policies specifically for PUBG Mobile accounts, as there are many ways for a seller to recover the account after the sale.

Unfortunately, because I if I use PayPal Friends and Family as payment, I cannot recover my funds—so even if the seller is eventually banned, I still lose my money. This is why I feel strongly that additional safeguards should be in place.
