False feedback given from cheater , banned my apex account and asking forefund

I had a deal with this cheater ( though he is good client ) , he liked one of my apex legends account and he wanted to buy it , so i asked him if he want to do slow payments ( pay 3 4 times per month ) , he did the first payment and gave him access to the account ( was holding it for more than 2 monthes ) he checked it and liked it every thing was working perfectly fine when i gave it to him , couple days later when i was on a vacation he sends mesg saying that the account is banned for no reason and he wasnt cheating or did any thing wrong its the account's problem and its also my problem , he asked for a refund while he payed 100$ of 300$ account , so basicly he made me loss 300$ account and i didnt even ask him for money or somthing , more than that he is asking for 100$ refund lol , so after explaining to him that i wont refund and i dont want to block you stay positive client , he kept spaming me so i removed him from friend list ( didnt even block him ) , he typed false feedback on my profile , so pleas i would appriciate an admin here ..

i have proof i was not cheating as i made new accounts to see if i was hardware banned for another issue and i sent proof of that to him so could see and email EA but he just unfriened me after ghosting me for 2 days
