False feedback from user

This person order from us boost which we can't provide, booster make for him 1 division for free and after that he ask us about refund which was fully completed. After we're asking to delete it, he said he left it " feedback so others dont got to put up with what i went through."

First time for 8 years we has experience like that. Also, please make warning to this person for feedback like this.

Just additional info. We didn't spam him or something, just asking him to edit his feedback. There must be is some problem.
