Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: I gave him a bad rating with 100% truth. as a result of it he gave me a bad rating with lies only. (That i use stolen paypal and charge back) I mean even this logic: Stolen paypal and i charge back?!?!....
(Im sorry if i wasnt allowed to give him a rating when echange didnt finish) But his rating is a joke.
Other details / notes: I gave him a bad rating because: he first agreed on the exchange, took my payment informations and asked directly for a positive feedback ( without that the exchange even start) after it he went afk and let us wait. when he just returned and we wanted to start he just told about new requierments which are not written in his thread and he didnt told from beginning. My seller (of the account which i wanted to buy) didnt want to agree with this requierments. so i canceled this exchange. he just wasted time of my seller, my middleman and me. For these three reasons i gave him a bad rating and wrote it exaclty so how it was. however he managed that this rating will be deleted and just gave me this fake rating.
