I contacted him a while back when he reported you. he never responded.
I'll notify him. if your booster did indeed damage his account you know of course you are responsible.
 
Your booster illegally deleted cards from my collection over 5000+ dust. I contacted you regarding this you refused to communicate with me. My account was reset by blizzard as a way to get my cards back, as a result the progress of the boost was also reset ( to the 10th ) which was when I was rank 3/stars. You still refused to give me my money back.

His feedback still a lie. We reached legend and we didn't disenchanted 5000 dust of cards. It's all about of his hate against us.
He gave us access to craft cards when we started the process. Then he requested back his account at 10th of september for a day, because he played a tournament. He didn't sent any message after that tournament, and he refused to communicate at Skype from the start.
Plus information: He opened a PayPal dispute at 11th of September, closed at 12th.
 
Your rules on your website state, you will contact the buyer to ask permission for crafting/disenchanting cards. You never once tried to reach me under any circumstances and went against your own promises advertised ( which is fraud through deception ) I also clearly told you I don't own or use Skype and would communicate through e-mail. As for legend you didn't hit it as I had to recover and restore my account thus legend was never achieved of course you again refused to rectify this and/or give me a refund. And yes I did make a dispute on paypal because of your lack of communication and non-boosting.
Here's a summary of your wrong doing:
1. Committed fraud via deception.
2. Did not finish the boost on time advertised on your website.
3. Damaged my account and proceeded to lie about it
4. Refused to communicate with me

It's impossible to prove it. He may disenchanted to create a new one, but not for 5000 dusts. Above he's talking about one card with a Blizzard GM.

Deleted 5000+ cards? False. (First time he gave me positive feedback, few days after he did something with his account and gave me negative. If my booster deleted 5000+ cards, he can roll back his account, but with the GM he only talks about one card)

The whole description of the feedback is not true.

The fact is he claims your booster deleted cards. You claim your booster did not.

quite frankly user would likely not have noticed deleted cards immediately.
 
Positive feedback was made when booster finished the boost not when I had access to the account. Once I got access I noticed even more cards missing from my collection ( some were missing when I got access to my account to play in a local fireside tournament ) Your booster should take responsibility for what happened here.
ALSO : MY ACCOUNT WAS RESET TO BEFORE THE BOOSTER HIT LEGEND ( it was reset to the 10th which is when I was rank 3/ 3 stars. The only thing I want is a partial refund from the actual purchase. ( instead of 9 to legend, make it 9 to 3 and give me the difference. )
 
Yes, it's important. Leaving feedback with description "They reached legend, but they disenchanted a card." is whole different than "Fraudulent user, didn't hit legend, deleted 5000+ cards ( £40+)".

He gave us permission to craft cards at the start. He took back his account for a day and he didn't asked us to not craft or don't touch his card(s) anymore.

And maybe you misunderstood the description, but nobody can delete cards. You can disenchant cards for dusts and you can craft new cards from these dusts. So you can't delete a card like you can delete a character or item in WoW.
 
I never once gave you permission to craft/disenchant cards. Why lie? Even on your website it says you will ask for permission which you didn't, again another lie. Your booster Disenchanted 5000+ worth of dust and crafted **** and disenchanted again for even more loss of the dust. The cards he disenchanted were just bought with real money as well.

The feedback is also correct. Deception to encourage sales ( lying on your website FAQ ) - fraud

You owe me much more than what I'm actually asking for. Be a man take responsibility as a business owner and actually deal with the situation rather than cowering behind lies to protect your booster. Give me my refund and this will be finished.
 
@ crapmarshal you do know you're in breach of your country's laws. I suggest you think about what you reply here since I am more than happy to supply sufficient evidence against you.

ImXixis please provide proof more then one card was deleted.
 
I can only provide my e-mails with [email protected] and what has already been posted. My account was restored to before the cards were disenchanted thus I can't just take a picture and show you. That is not the real issue though he owes me a refund since I paid for legend and didn't receive it since my account got rolled back to rank 3 because of his booster deleting cards. He owes me the difference which £30.08 since I never got legend only rank 3

@doomedtofail who said it had anything to do with this issue. I done a lot of snooping about him. In the event he keeps denying responsibility well I wonder how he will deal with his authorities.

You obviously don't understand. YOUR BOOSTER INTENTIONALLY REMOVED CARDS AND DUST FROM MY COLLECTION YOU REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE, COMMUNICATE AND RESOLVE THIS. ACCOUNT WAS RESET AS A RESULT OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE AND AS A RESULT THE ACCOUNT HAS NOT ACHIEVED LEGEND AS YOU PROMISE SO YOU OWE ME A PARTIAL REFUND.

I didn't refused to communicate. You spammed me before, because your browser had a glitch (confirmed by you) and your mails automatically moved to the spam folder. Most of the time I'm from phone, and I don't receive/read spams. I asked you to add me at Skype, but you didn't want to. I already said this to you in our PayPal conversation.

I don't want to repeat again and again, but legend was reached by my booster. It's confirmed by you and me too, so stop saying this.

Disenchanting cards nets you around 25-50% of the dust required. Doing that multiple times = removed dust. I actually paid real money ( £90 ) to get the cards and dust. Your booster was maliciously crafting and disenchanting cards as a result I lost my cards and dust approx ( £40 ) You refused to resolve or rectify this at all costs so my account got RESET BEFORE THE CARDS WERE DISENCHANTED AND TO BEFORE THE ACCOUNT WAS LEGEND. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF IT DID HIT LEGEND IT WAS LOST BECAUSE OF YOUR BOOST E'S ACTIONS YOU NOW OWE FUND SINCE ACCOUNT DIDN'T HIT LEGEND AND WAS CHANGED TO RANK 3. THE IMAGES I POSTED CONFIRM THIS

I think the discussion between us is pointless. Both of us can confirm the booster has reached legend. I can't prove he doesn't disenchanted anything and you can't prove he disenchanted 5000+ cards after 10th of September.
Threatening me and writing lies about me/my booster is not a solution.

I am not writing lies, you are. I provided evidence your booster Disenchanted cards illegally ( without my permission ) and even proved the accounts rank was reset as well. The evidence stacks against you and you're still denying responsibility. All you have to do is give me my £30.08 (GBP) back since you only hit rank 3 as a result of the reset.

That's not the issue here. The issue is : I paid for legend didn't get it because the booster Disenchanted cards and I reset my account because of this thus putting me to rank 3 THUS NOT LEGEND which is what I PAID FOR.

Actually that is the issue. you have not proved the booster did what you said and you reset the account.
the account made it to legend. You reset it. Now its not legend. You got what you paid for.
The issue is the proof of booster damaging account as you said. forcing you to reset account.
 
Have you checked the images I submitted? It clearly proves the damage done but it seems you're too incompetent to realise this. I'd rather some other mod deals with this as you seem too inexperienced ( Hearthstone wise ) to deal with this.

NO you provided proof ONE card was disenchanted and another created. You honestly have not provided any proof the number of cards you are claiming were disenchanted. we cannot see how much dust was on account to begin with so proving one card was made does not prove he disenchanted the volume of cards you claim
We require proof before we take any action. If you refuse to provide proof and continue with the moderator abuse this will be closed and feedback removed.
 
I will need the boosters IP then, so I can provide it to blizzard to prove the booster Disenchanted cards.

His IP will match the one at the time on the account.
 
The IP of the boosters is dynamic, but it doesn't matter, since you should avoid involving Blizzard to this case. Boosting is against HS ToS and they can perma ban your account. You made yourself suspicious already by opening that ticket.
 
You claimed hacked and are going to provide an ip. that is no good. If this was a steam game you can get ip from login. but theres NO way you should know your hackers ip in a blizzard game. they already do not believe you on the hack to begin with
 
I'd risk my account getting banned than letting a fraud roam free. If your going to withhold his IP. I will try to get blizzard to show me the location of when the cards were disenchanted if it matches the booster ( if they give me it hopefully ) then you owe a 100% refund. Why?

You can ask the GM to disclose the IP of the "hacker", but I still don't get the point why you need it.

Let's do a little math. At the attached picture, you talking about one card. One legendary costs 1600 dust and a golden legendary costs 3200 dusts to craft. If you disenchant a golden legendary you receive 1600 dust.
You said the "hacker" disenchanted a golden legendary what you crafted before. So you spent 3200 dust on crafting that card. Let assume the booster disenchanted that card for 1600 dust and crafted a new one. You lost 1600 dust.
At the end of the season you receive a minimum of 3 golden common, 1 golden epic and about 25 dust. These rewards equals to 575 dust. 1600-575=1025.

So maybe you lost 1025 dust, which is a really small amount of dusts. You rolled back your account for 1025 dusts and doing all these crazy things there. I don't understand this behavior and reaction.

You crafted/disenchanted cards without my permission ( You made no attempt to even contact me at all. ) That's called lying aka false advertising through deception aka fraud.
Unless you can prove I gave you permission, which I didn't.
This means you broke the terms of the sale, which means you're liable to refund the entire cost of purchase. All I asked for was a partial refund since the account is rank 3 so you owe about £30.08 to me.
Also the reason I need the boosters address/IP is to prove they're the ones how disenchanted my cards but of course you're keeping this information from me because you know you're in the wrong.

As for getting the IP/Address from Blizzard this process takes a more than a few days to get sorted out.
 
I have to send a letter of request from Scotland to France. This can take up to a few day for them to receive it. They will then send me a letter back with the information back once they get to look at it. This could take any time between 10-21 days before I get this information.
 
@EpicNPC CM I have a list of IPs, ISPs and login times associated with the account, they will be sent via pm
@crapmarshal provide the location ( via pm ) to me or EpicNPC of the booster.
 
I only read the first page of posts, but I don't see any proof being provided, so I didn't read anything else.

ImXixis, you stated you had to contact Blizzard to roll back your account. Please send me proof showing the Blizzard ticket (the full ticket, images only) for the same account you had CrapMarshal boost.

CrapMarshal, you stated you received permission from ImXixis that your booster could craft cards, please show this proof.

Twin Emperor crafted on Sept 10
disenchanged on the 12th and Cairne Bloodhof crafted
Account rolled back to 10th


Twin Emperor = 400 dust (disenchanted)
Cairne Bloodhof = 1600 dust to craft

800 dust was still needed to craft the Cairne Bloodhof

It's very possible the booster disenchanted a lot more cards to obtain the 800 dust needed.

ImXixis do you have any proof of show much dust you had on the account on Sept 10th?

I bought 60 packs = 47 GBP.
I earned 3200 dust and crafted GOLDEN twin emperor ( legendary requires 3200 dust )
Booster Disenchanted for Cairne ( so -money and -1600 dust )
No communication was made to ask for permission to craft / disenchant
Account was rolled back because CrapMarshal refused to deal with the situation.

Previous dust, gold etc no pictures were taken prior to this ( My fault I should have ) Cards were disenchanted previous to this, since they're insignificant and were before the restore date they're permanently lost. The only thing I want rectified is him to take responsibility and refund me.

I could try to get the names of the other cards disenchanted but blizzard has locked me from making tickets about this issue, so it would be difficult.
 
Made a mistake above. This is the correct info:

Golden Twin Emperor crafted on Sept 10
disenchanged on the 12th and Cairne Bloodhof crafted
Account rolled back to 10th

Golden Twin Emperor = 1600 dust (disenchanted)
Cairne Bloodhof = 1600 dust to craft

Based on the Blizzard ticket, only these 2 cards were discussed. Since the card was golden, the dust obtained was enough to craft the Carnie Bloodhof.


60 Packs - I don't understand why this is added.

You gave CrapMarshal the account to boost on Sept 10th. Once he returned it to you, why would you buy a 60 pack if you were trying to get the account rolled back? The decision to buy the packs and roll back the account was your decision. Blizzard clearly told you any cards you purchased since then would be lost.

Packs were bought on the day I had my account back for the tournament ( 10th ) I spent 47 GBP on packs to get cards. The dust remaining from these packs was enough to craft the Golden Twin Emperor.

End of season rewards should not come into the equation. You don't know how good of a rank I can even hit ( btw finished 112 legend on wild ) also remember my rewards got reset to rank 3.

ALSO you can't provide proof of me giving permission because I never did. You're making a lousy excuse.
 
Here's the complete timeline

Sept 4 - Boost purchased
Sept 10 - 60 packs purchased (Inxixs)
Sept 10 - Golden Twin Emperor crafted (Inxixs)
Sept 10 - Golden Twin Emperor disenchanted and Cairne Bloodhof crafted (booster)
Sept 12 - Boost completed

Based on this, we're talking about 1 card. If the Golden Twin Emperor was disenchanted you should have enough dust for the Cairne Bloodhof. Since there's no other evidence, I will assume no other cards were disenchanted. CrapMarshal, since you have no proof you had permission to craft any cards, we'll assume you didn't.


If we try to reverse this, the Cairne Bloodhof could have been disenchanted for 400 dust, this leaves 2800 more to get the Golden Twin Emperor back.

CrapMarshal will not be responsible for the roll back, the missing cards or the rank. Inxixs that was your decision to rollback.

Instead CrapMarshal will be responsible for the lose of 2800 dust.

Since he got you to Legend, you would have received these rewards

1 Golden Epic - 400 dust
3 golden common - 150 dust
25 dust

Rewards = 575 dust total

2800 - 575 = 2225 dust remains

60 packs = 300 cards = 1500 dust (5 dust for each card)
This is an under-estimate because you would obviously get a bunch of rare and epics and maybe a legendary or two, many being golden. This would more than make up for the left over dust you would have need to recraft the Golden Twin Emperor.

Inxixs, it would have been less expensive to not have rolled the account back and to have recrafted the Golden Twin Emperor card. That mistake was your decision, not CrapMarshal. CrapMarshal will only be responsible for the missing dust which is a $70 value.

CrapMarshal owes $70 to Inxixs.
 
I don't understand your calculations. $70 for what and why? Don't forget, that he received a new legendary card too. He don't have to disenchant it.
And one pack contains ~100+ dust in average, not 25. Also there is a new option to buy a welcome bundle which contains 10 packs and a legendary card. This costs $5.

What legendary card? Cairne Bloodhof was already included in the above calculations.

1 pack is no where near 100+ dust. I've played the game and you get 4 commons and maybe 1 or 2 rare per pack.

Commons = 5 dust
rares = 20 dust

2225 dust for refund

Lets do this, 4 commons, 1 rare per pack to have a conservative estimate.

60 packs = 2400 dust

However in 60 packs you'll get a few epics, golden cards and maybe a legendary. So we would be much higher than 2400 in the end.

You're right that a 60 pack would be way over 2225 dust that you owe, so lets do a 40 pack instead.

40 packs = 1600 dust
epics + golden cards will make up the missing 625 dust.

So $50 value instead of $70.
 
You calculations are still bad, if you want to be a mediator you have to be competent in this situation. I don't want to spend more time on this childish "problem". A random guy came here with his lies and you start f**king with an old, trusted member. Hilarious. You should read through the whole thread.

P.S. According to these two calculations the average number of dusts in a pack is between 98 and 105. You CAN'T count with 1 common 4 rare, it's just so dumb.
