False feedback by "reputable seller"

The person with the name ZZreroll scammed me, as this wasn't a trade guardian transaction you guys aren't able to help as was said after I reported his content. So I gave him negative feedback on his page.

He now, out of spite, put negative feedback on my profile to counter my negative feedback on his and made a post stating my feedback is fake, please remove the negative feedback from my page and punish the other party accordingly. I can show proof of his scam, and the outrageous way he talked to me not trying to resolve anything.

On his aforementioned page, mutliple people gave the same negative feedback indicating he has been doing this many times with no repercussions.

Proof as shown in the images attached. Person did not want to fix the issue, started ghosting me through email after I told him I'd chargeback if he wouldn't rectify the issue. Seller is a known scumbag as can be seen and read from previous feedback. He did not want to solve anything.

• Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Guardian was used. Any Trade Guardian service.
• If Trade Guardian was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
  • If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
  • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed.

TG was not used and proof of transaction was provided. The feedback will remain and must be resolved mutually between both members.
