False claim - scammer alert

Hello, I am here to dispute this false claim made by this person who tried to scam me.

User : SilverballSC

• Firstly, the transaction made was me buying off a MapleStory account off of him (roughly 1950$ USD).
• We used discord (no MM services) as he trusted me and decided to go first and gave me account information (probably because he knew he would always be able to recover his account eitherway).
  • I then sent him the full amount through PayPal (68500 THB is his currency which is roughly 1950$ USD) :

• I then proceed to enjoy the account for a few days (progressed it as it were to become my new main)
• On the 15th of December is where the information to log-in to the account was invalid. Mind you I had been using the information he gave me minus a new password.
  • I tried messaging him for a first time here on the 15th of December with no response (ignored)
  • I tried messaging him for a second time on the 16th of December with no response (ignored) :
  • On the 17th of December he proceeds to reply as we go back and forth, him saying he never claimed the account back (mind you he is the OG owner of it and can easily do so).
  • 
• This is him later on, after going back and forth for hours ''saying he did not try to recover the account''
• Then, finally agreeing to refund me through PayPal (which he didn't because he probably figured he could win the PayPal dispute and keep my money)
• Proceeds to fully ghost me afterwards which is why I had to fill up a PayPal dispute claim (which I ended up winning with the same evidence on the 20th of December / took 3 days).

• This is him ''asking me not to fill a PayPal dispute and give him a day to ''figure it out''.
• As you can see this is the end of our conversation where he completely ghosted me, then I filed the PayPal dispute and finally won it as of yesterday.

I have been using this forum for almost 2 years now, I take my reputation on here seriously and will not allow this person to try and tarnish my name for winning back my money after a failed scam attempt on his end.

Mind you I had no interest in attempting a PayPal dispute to an account I know could very well be recovered the next day by the OG owner.

I already told you that I QUIT and I swear I didn't do anything with account after that but you blame me about recall account.
I try to help you but you give me false infomation. how I can trust you that you doesn't scam me?

YOU told me YOU changed character name to 'Hangakuz' but as I investigated there wasn't existed.

Then, I investigated about name again. Finally, I found ACTUAL name that had been change to. and ask you about that name. you said doesn't know.

Then, I told I'll try to recovery account for you.
After wait about 4 days (21/12/2023), Now I have proof to show character name had been changed ONLY 1 time (when transaction completed)

Why you need to lie me about character name?

And when recovery progress is ongoing. account will be cannot access but at a date that you told me (15/12/2023). An account STILL accessible.
Btw, After changed name, Ranking data will be wipe but it didn't wiped since you changed once at 08/12/2023.

It mean THERE ARE NO Hangakuz AT FIRST PLACE!

PLUS, I ask you for check email but you give me wrong password. Yeah, JUST WRONG PASSWORD.

because if password had been changed, It'll give error like below (I input password that give him before him changed at 08/12/2023).

There are something to hide me?

Again, you are proving my point, you were "able to recover the account".

I knew that was a possibility buying this account given you're the OG owner, which is the same as any other MapleStory account. I knew by paying for this account there was a risk of recovery.

What good is there for me in this current situation ? I will ignore you and wait for staff to review this further.

There is not good for me either. I gave you EVERY detail including OG information.
I cannot sell this account to others again because I don't want anyone to risks by multi OG holder.
Only solution is make transaction again through MM (not Paypal again THERE IS NO SELLER PROTECTION FOR DIGITAL GOODS)
or just leave account there forever (as I said that I already quit and won't be comeback to play again).
