Other details / notes: Owner acknowledged that i gave him the account. and he did a chargeback on paypal. the issue at paypal had been settled and the case has been deemed to be in my favor.

he did give me the account a 1hour later but its not whati wanted so i charged back and willing to sell this account if needed thanks guys sorry xalvendor for the convience i just thought i got scammed and rush to conclusions he wouldnt give me a refund and i had to dispute and he was fine with it so ill see how this goes
