False bad feedback, no trade happened.

he stated that i'm not responding him after he bought an account, and will change the feedback when i reply.

The fact is when he placed the order, we were off. And when i saw the order, i contacted him through discord, and he said he want a refund because he need to loan his sister some money.

I refunded the order right after he requested. No trade happened. Check attched screenshot and paypal history
