The buyer made a false assumption of scam because I took more time than usual to complete their request (even though i expressed that it will be taking some time as i had other requests to deal with and they said it was completely okay). We contact through discord and she did not wait enough time for me to respond to her message so they made an assumption of scam, I have since reached out and explained the situation as well as issued a refund.
