False accusation inflicted in my feedback

Today I received a negative feedback again on my epicnpc profile.
I'm concerned that the customer have talked to one of my imposters who tried to scam this guy. I have no idea who this guy is and what is he accusing me in. I hope you will help me remove this feedback as it affects my reputation on your website.

edit; Today you added me by the way, when I added you I was checking your Discord profile and removed the request asap.

I added you coz you added me and cancelled request, and wanted to know why you keep do that, why you can not understand that you chat with imposter
