This person wanted me to pay them 60$ before ever letting me see that he owned the plot or was the leader of the FC.
When I declined he became abusive and threatening. He told he'd get me banned.

He then went unhinged in his thread calling me a male which I'm not and how I was working with someone else. Really off the deep end stuff that a person who's trying to scam someone would do to try and bully them.
I think everyone should be aware that he's trying to get you to pay him with out seeing the property and wants you to only use a sketchy crypto site to send him money through.
I think he's going to scam someone sooner than later if he's not stopped and people aren't warned about him.
I didn't realize that you shouldn't post it with out paying them money. I just thought as a buyer when it became clear he was really trying to do something super sketchy it should be known.
So nothing actually traded hands. I've learned about that from the really nice people here and will just post things normally from now on!
