The customer was ordering from us before. Zero issues. But today randomly left feedback which actually says only GOOD things? But its 2 start for no reason. And His last order was like 2 months ago almost! We didnt fail any orders , no problems happened with money or account. I compeltely dont understand what is happening with this feedback.

How I understand which customer left it :
But he never wrote anything that he is unhappy with and havent ordered in 2 months!
He literally havent ordered anything since june 2nd
I added him in chat with booster to update faster because was night for us :
but order was done at night same day
Same day he finished at 3 am basically.
Zero bad messages was from customer ever. I dont understand why he left 2 stars. It might be a missclick. Im waiting a reply from him in Discord.
