Fake feedback on profile

[SIZE=14px][COLOR=rgb(226, 230, 231)]UnsureBuyer[/COLOR][/SIZE] left feedback on my profile which is not true. He prepared some faked pictures that I sent him a message to continue the conversation in discord.

He also keep spamming on my ad that I scamed him. I can share whole communication history with him if it is needed.

Can this feedback be deleted and prevent him to keep spamming? Some of comments have been already deleted by mods..

Honestly, I wouldn't know how to fake that stuff. I do have the email from EpicNPC in my inbox, which I will gladly download and send. I actually wanted to buy the account originally.

Edit: Leaving negative feedback is also what EpicNPC support told me to do for this...

Can you record a video showing email discord chat and PayPal transaction?

To an extent, yes. I still have the chat open, the email, the PayPal receipts, all of it.

@EpicNPC Mod Here are the screenshots. I received an email from the EpicNPC system about the message. I went to talk to him, and you can see the entire conversation has been removed because the user doesn't exist. You can see that I tried to send a message today, and where Discord cannot load the user. There were 2 transactions, and they actually did refund the first one, but the second one is when they disappeared. That user in PayPal cannot be contacted either, so I have no way to even reach out to them.
