I had a problem with the seller as I believe the seller had changed the password once I asked for a refund after transaction and I no longer had access to the account. Seller insisted that I was scamming him when I no longer have access to the account as gmail was dead and I had already sent the money. I thought I left the feedback back in 2023 but it was not on Epicnpc so I wrote a new one now.

According to the logs I found in the free trade guardian system

1. I sent you all log in details once the payment was received

2. You then claimed that you never knew that the mail linked to it was dead and asked for a refund (a moderator already said that the email linked to the account was correctly advertised as a "dead mail" before payment was sent)

3. I agreed to that and only asked for you to return the account so I could send you a refund

4. You never did and now 1 year later you come and give a negative feedback

No recall happend everything is still in your hands

I could never return the account because once I asked for a refund, the password had changed to the account and I no longer could access the account. I havent done anything to the account and still cannot access it till this day. Nothing is in my hands and I am down $500.

@Buzzay You were told the following in 2023 "Unless you have proof the buyer changed the password, they are allowed to give you negative feedback. Sorry."

Do you have any proof that they changed the password?

I wouldn't be able to prove it TODAY since I'd have to contact the support about something that happend one year ago

If he did leave that feedback the day it happend or even the week following it I'd have made a request to the support.

The only thing I can say to prove my point as of today is that the buyer claims that he succeed logging in and then asked for a refund.
I tried to log in with the same password (since he claims that he never changed it) and couldn't log in.

So he must have changed it

If you ask me to prove that I wasnt able to log in, I clearly can't prove it today, but I certainly would have more arguments if he disputed that earlier

This was already reviewed last year.

I dont know who that is, never traded anything with him, never talked to him never did anything with him
This is a false statement. You had a cancelled Trade Guardian transaction last year. TG #81384.

This was already reviewed and feedback was allowed. Sorry, it can't be removed. If you work it out, we can update to neutral.

I went to message history and discord and didn't find any evidence of me talking to the guy so I posted this thread here

Once he posted screens of the Trage guardians I understood my mistake and where the message history was

I totaly agree that he had all the rights to give his negative feedback according to the forum policy, proof of transaction was given.

Now, I strongly believe it's not fair to ask me to prove that he DID change the password today since it's obvious I dont have a single chance doing so

I also strongly believe that I dont have to prove anything if he doesn't leave a negative feedback, there is nothing to dispute which is why I didn't take the time to ask the support for help and informations

Finally, I strongly believe that if he did leave that feedback on time and not one year later I'd have been able to prove my point

There is nothing specified for the member who leave a feedback, Im aware of that, but if we use that same logic the 30 days delay is passed and HE should prove that his claims are legitimate

Or his "I thought I left a feedback and noticed that I didn't so I do it now" is a valid excuses to contest something one year later ?

I just ask for fairness please

There was no evidence in the TG transaction and we were not able to determine fault. I asked you guys to work it out yourselves, but feedback is allowed. I'm sorry, the decision will remain the same.
