• Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
• Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
• Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

Please provide proof that the feedback is false.

The only contact I had with this person was up until the moment I asked for his Discord; however, we never did any business and I certainly didn't try anything against him. There is no proof, only a false accusation.
And the worst part is: I didn't even add him on Discord. I ended up letting it go and moving on with my life and other things, and then I was surprised by his message and the negative feedback.
I'd like him to show us that I talked to him through Discord. Because I doubt I'm the only person on his "possible contact list".

That feedback is 7 years old and does prove that you two exchanged discord information to possible chat off site. Sorry, this feedback is not removable.
