Left us feedback after he failed to meet our requirements to sell to us. Attempted to have payment sent to his "friend" when we clearly state that payment must be sent to his Paypal.

The name on your battle.net account, your ID, and your Paypal account must all be the same. You were not able to provide a Paypal under your name so your sale was closed.

I asked u two times before i change name u said all ok u will buy after i change name in bnet for real name u are decline our deal and said about paypal name when u have account name and paypal not before i ask u and give u paypal and account.

Read through your entire quote if you haven't done so yet. It clearly states that your account, ID, and Paypal must all be under the same name.

The first step is that we log in and make sure the battle.net account has no recoveries and that the name matches the ID. Once that checks out, we check the Paypal account. You changed the battle.net account to match your name but the Paypal account still did not match so your sale was closed.

u check my paypal before u can see it on screens from email and this paypal is not fake and verified with vip status.
