I did not DM anyone, I just received a DM request.
Ok, I assumed it is the same person as the messages were within minutes of eachother. I dont believe it is proper to call my review fake without checking with your team first though.
The main issue is that the logs were never supposed to be uploaded in the first place. And they only get removed if buyers notice and request it, which is difficult as a log can be uploaded the same day or weeks later, so you'd have to be constantly on the lookout. I managed to notice logs before and they have been promptly removed, but this time it was too late as the rankings locked in.
It is not fair for buyers to have to constantly watch out, on the day or much later. They should be made aware that this is an issue that can occur in the first place.
I raised the issue first on the 2nd of October and then when the 0 didn't go away I raised it again on the 14th, where I was told that logs have been deleted but the 0 is locked for the expansion and forever attached to my account, but they would see if anything can be done. The ticket has since been deleted with no reply so I assume the answer is no.
Thus I am sharing my issue with other buyers so they dont have the same issues as me.
