i just added this guy to talk with me but he don't even want to resolve his problem

So, it was the 4th of August when i made the deal with nylevoi.igrok (=hschiq) at skype.

3,8 to 4,6k in 4-5 days, payment 60€ steamwallet code.

So the guy needed 14 days until he reached 4,1 k and was stagnating. We decided to break up and he gives me moneyback in form of an lc arcana within 7 days coz of trade. He also added me with his "new skype" Best Dota 2 Service.

So i waited even one more month until now, all i want is the arcana or moneyback worth an arcana.
I need no boost or calibration as he offered me today any more.

He mentioned that he was abroad the last month and a "friend" - a random person of the internet that he got known to and to whom he gave his data used his skype, and he knows from nothing.
But suddenly he mentions that "i agree that it was my fault adding you to dota2service"

Aug 4th was the original payment date, so it's been over 5 weeks already and no refund has been issued.

hsch1q why is this taking so long? Please send him the arcana as promised or pay him directly if you don't have enough arcana. If he does't want your boost service anymore he has the right to deny it since he's been waiting for so long.
