Fake and immoral feedback

The member Allstarjr is making a fake feedback to mess with my business.

There is no transition happening, and never happened.
last year someone did this to me the same way.
I hope something can be done to stop this kind o people to try to ruin ppl things.
If possible i would like to remove his feedback and check if it is not someone Ip, because this not seems to be random.

More than 24h with a fake feedback, he not provide proof and not will, because it not happened. Please, I need the comment removed.
And if I may ask, will he get some punishment? Because he/she clearly made the account only with this purpose.
