I'm sorry, but I agree here. Due to the number of impostors he has now (or just one really persistent idiot he needs to change his AIM, or start using ICQ which has a unique number and can't be spoofed.

We have an audience of 13 year olds and up. And, as much as I hate to say it, these kids are getting hit the hardest. Not only are they using their parents money (most of the time), they are getting taken advantage of because they feel like if they make a transaction over the internet, it's like going to the store and buying candy.

How can they honestly get scammed? And let's not forget that innocent rush of joy that comes with, "OMG im getting this account, i get to play with friends, etc. etc. etc." People tend to overlook things. I myself did a quick google search of a person who I intended on trading with the next day. I then did a thorough search a few hours before the intended time and found out he was a banned account renter. Things do miss the eye sometimes, I was lucky I found out his original identity. I had to dig through 10+ Markee Threads from years ago.

I don't see why it's so hard for Codo to just make an AIM like CodoMD1 or something short. (And yes, I know that AIM names tend to be taken and it becomes more complex). But there is just so many ways for people to fake his identity. I agree with Ace here about the ICQ. I don't work with it ever, and don't understand it; but, from what I know, it's infallible.
