Hi I'm looking to sell my fc. Its a plot 30 in shirogane (the one with the little hot spring behind it), its a great location with a marketboard outside and the neighbours are friendly. If you'd like the place is fully furnished and there's maybe only a handful of furnishing I'd want to keep but if it interests you you can keep them aswell on purchase. Im mainly looking for an rmt offer. Ideally i'd be looking for somewhere around $1600 usd but we can negotiate/ talk that over as well as payment/ transfer methods. Please know that you'll have to be in the fc for a month before i can fully transfer the ownership! However once we talk things over and I invite you into the fc, i can make you an officer right away and you can edit the house however you'd like/ invite your friends and start making it your own!
