I'm going to quit trolling now, and be a good reader here... but it's unfair that everyone else who is trolling as I am is taking the side of the accused. Take a look at what happened to the victim. He has made it very clear that Paypal has put him in financial woes in the past, and as a person who follows his instinct, who can blame him?
As for the gift/payment owed transaction... Like I said before, Exposed isn't a fan of Paypal. Even with this loop hole to the charge back, it's likely that an investigation over such a large transaction of money will be in order. Gifts or Payment owed does seem slightly suspicious when it comes to such a large sum of money.
I don't personally know how Paypal is going to manage this, but it seems like things will be investigated, and the case will go to the person who originally sent the money. </div></div>
I agree with this post. Lilyopo I find it hard to beleive that you were obvlivious that the credit card was stolen. I think you just got caught and of course you will compensate. Yeah exposed story is kind of fishy but the bottom line is he needs to get compsneated.

Same problem happend with me but with a diffrent user(Alina26ss),my account was banned a while ago due to a chargeback after she upgraded my account. I asked her why was thier a chargeback on my account, she said "We dont put the money on ur acct, we hire people to do that, sum of them are scammers" So basiclly she was telling me that they dont use thier own credit cards, instead they get other people to use thiers. I told her she needed to send in a money order to Blizzard, her excuse was that she lives in china so she can only do payal. She gave me back my 80 pally with a free month of time on it and that was the end of dealing with her. At this point I was fed up because now my account is banned until I send in 64.39 via money order, I pleaded with blizzard telling them that someone else used a stolen credit card on my account, spoke with 3 managers, 2 of them were useless, being no help at all, I asked if we could speak via phone, they said "I would love to get a call placed out after we dealt with this", that never happend. Maybe he pussed out? who knows? But finally I gave up, so I sent in the money order myself, after about 2 weeks later, calling blizzard about 50 times, I got in touch with 1 last manager, he told me that he could reverse the charges on my account and I could pay them later and still play my account, if the money order hasnt arrived yet,he gave me 10 free days of play time for my account and about 6 days later got an email saying they got my money order. I sent it by regular mail w/ no tracking which is why they werent able to unlock my account 2 days after sending the money order in. My advice to you Exposed is to call blizzard, explain that someone paid on your account then recalled thier money, ask to speak with "Jacob", ask him if he could reverse the charges on your account, if you got a upgrade like WotLk/BC, you would have to pay the amount over the phone or online to be able to play your account instead of sending in a money order and waiting for 3-4 weeks like me. If you also got a char-recustomization your toon would reverse back to how it originally looked. MY advice to people at markee, is to not deal with these people like lilyopo,alina..etc, they may have rep and may be legit, but they don't use thier own Credit cards to pay for your things, they get other people to, which have no rep,don't speak english and they could be a scammer resulting in your account being locked. So stay away from them

It astounds me that Lilyopo wasn't responsible enough to use her own credit card to upgrade an account when she herself recieved another account. In this case, it was essentially her trying to save a few bucks by having another source pay for the upgrades; and while it is a fair move on her part, it's obvious that her source is unreliable and should have been avoided.

exposed didn't tell the truth at all though out this little ordeal. he lied and then decided to be a big pain in the compensation action which lilyopo was responsible for. lily was going to compensate him even though there was a very very small chance that exposed would follow though with the MOD required part of the compensation deal.
