Good afternoon. I have a few questions about transactions through a Trade Guardian.

1) Will the funds be credited to the epicnpc account? If yes, what methods can I use to withdraw them?

2) Or does the payment go directly from the buyer to the seller? Without the participation of epicnpc

How does Trade Guardian works if I am a Seller?​

1) you will request a Middleman/Trade Guardian (You can use a direct link to the specified Middleman/Trade Guardian for faster response)

2) Seller will fill out the request

3) Buyer will accept and Middleman will be assigned

4) You will give all credentials needed to the Middleman (ID, PW, email, etc.)

5) Middleman will show the video of the item to the buyer

6) Buyer confirms, that everything is as advertised

7) Middleman will request the buyer to send money directly to the seller (Payment is defined how both parties agreed on - PayPal, Skrill, TransferWise, Cryptocurrency, etc.)

8) Seller confirms that payment arrived in mentioned payment method agreed by both partiers (Paypal, Transfer Wise, Crypto Wallet, etc.)

9) Middleman will give that item to the buyer

10) Deal done and feedbacks can be given to each other

8) Seller confirms that payment arrived in mentioned payment method agreed by both partiers (Paypal, Transfer Wise, Crypto Wallet, etc.)

9) Middleman will give that item to the buyer

How much is the fee?​

An Epicnpc approved middleman (or woman) will hold the account or item, while the buyer makes payment to the seller directly.

Fee: $4.95 + 6% of item value.

How can I pay the Middleman/Trade Guardian fee?​

We do accept - Amazon Pay, Credit/Debit Card, Bitcoin, E-banking (Malaysia), E-banking (Malaysia), Doku (Indonesia), Boleto (Brazil), ATM (Indonesia), Webmoney (CIS countries), Alfamart (Indonesia), Neosurf (France), Dragonpay (Philippines)

Sadly we do not accept PayPal as a payment method to pay the fee​

What happens if the payment is chargebacks?
Trade Guardian does not protect against payment chargebacks. We recommend opening a dispute against this member in our Dispute Forum.

Does the MM Service protect against account recalls?
No, Trade Guardian does not protect against account recalls. We recommend opening a dispute against this member in our Dispute Forum.

Why use this service if it doesn't protect against chargeback or recalls?
Most scams occur during the time of sale. Someone pays and never receives the item or they give the item and the other person never pays. Trade Guardian protects against these types of scams which are the most common.

Is sending payment as Family & Friends via Paypal safe?
Many sellers prefer Paypal payments to be sent as Family & Friends as it provides extra chargeback protection. However, the buyer is not required to send as F&F. The buyer and seller should discuss this and come to an agreement. Even though it added extra chargeback protection, Paypal still allows these payments to be disputed, so it's okay to send this way.

The MM will hold and check the provided item or account, while the payment is made from buyer to seller directly using whichever payment method you've agreed on with the other party.
