Professions: skinning 300, LW 280 (will max it), lockpicking 280 (will max it as well).

Gear: There are some good items from dungeons. Currently in pvp ambush spec with epic dagger Gut Ripper. Different variety of weapons in bank. There is an epic Krol Blade in bank (lvl51 preraid boe, it is still unequipped, so you decide to equip it or sell at AH for good money). There are also a good nature resistance ring lvl 50 in bank, that will cost a lot of money a bit later.
